Build

• Get shaker
• Fill with ingredients
  • 3 Parts/½oz/15ml Simple Syrup (2:1)
  • 5 Parts/0.83oz/25ml Lime Juice
  • 9 Parts/1½oz/45ml The Real McCoy 3yo White Rum
• Add 200g Mix Ice to Shaker
• Shake for 12 seconds
• Double strain into Martini Glass

Finish

• Garnish with Lime Wheel (organic) (optional)
