- Get shaker
- Fill with ingredients
- 3 Parts/1oz/30ml Lemon Juice
- 1.5 Parts/½oz/15ml Simple Syrup (2:1)
- 5 Parts/1⅔oz/50ml No.3 London Dry Gin
- Add 200g Mix Ice to Shaker
- Shake for 12 seconds
- Add 75g Crushed Ice to Tumbler
- Strain into Tumbler
- Pour 3 Parts/1oz/30ml Crème de Mûre (Monin) over the drink
- Top up with 10g Crushed Ice
